Job Description

We are embarking on a new phase of our growth by moving into the world of Decentralised Finance – but with a twist. Rather than traditional on-chain overcollateralized DeFi, we are building a protocol that will offer on-chain lenders with access to off-chain yields generated from Real World Assets, the same type of investments that have powered Helicap’s business since inception. We are seeking someone with experience in the crypto/Web3 world to join us and help develop and market this new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and leading the business development, marketing and sales strategies for our Web3 decentralised lending protocol
  • Identify and source new contacts to grow our base of liquidity providers and other clients, developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with these clients
  • Develop and execute channel-specific strategies for institutional vs individual (AI) vs non-crypto-native clients
  • Actively publicise and market the protocol via social media and other communication channels (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc)
  • Represent the company in relevant conferences, supporting the company's brand building, marketing and promotion
  • Engage closely with clients and provide relevant feedback to product development and other teams internally to ensure the protocol is competitive and exceeds client needs and expectations
  • Prepare presentations and marketing materials for clients, VC investors, and other potential business partners

Skill Sets and Requirements

  • 2 – 5 years of working experience in crypto/Web3-related enterprise and looking to develop a meaningful career in DeFi/blockchain-enabled finance
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and enjoys a startup culture
  • Open-minded, curious, and willing to learn
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Product Management or Programming skills are a plus but not required
