Helicap is based out of Singapore with subsidiaries licensed or registered with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS): - Helicap Investments; RFMC registered with MAS - Helicap Securities; CMS License for Dealing in Securities by MAS. We have raised over $30 million and our investors include Temasek-backed Tikehau, Phillip Capital, Credit Saison, East Ventures, as well as senior executives from Temasek, GIC, Morgan Stanley, and Blackrock.

Job Description

• Sourcing, evaluation, structuring, and execution of investment transactions within technology and alternative lending industries in Southeast Asia
• Strategising and developing of investment thesis and capital structure of potential opportunities, including the identification of potential investors (HNWI and institutional)
• Preparation of teasers, investment slide decks, data rooms, and financial modeling of private credit and equity opportunities
• Presentation and marketing of investment proposals to senior management, investors, and business partners
• Work with legal, financial, and other consultants on fundraising, deals, and startup advisory
• Continuous management of private debt / venture debt / venture capital investments, in terms of forecasting and monitoring performance and managing stakeholders
• Contribute to the development and management of Helicap’s technology, analytics, and investment matching platform
• Participate in business development initiatives within Helicap and portfolio companies
• Assist with marketing, events, and other commercial activities

Skill Sets and Requirements

• 2 – 5 years of working experience and looking to develop a meaningful career in FinTech / investments
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and enjoys a startup culture
• Open-minded, curious, and willing to learn
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in financial analysis and Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint
• Programming knowledge and skills is a plus
