Job Description

• Handle all compliance and regulatory related matters for a RFMC and CMS Capital Markets company
• Enhance and draft compliance related manuals, including Compliance Manual, EWRA, risk related manuals, and assessments
• Daily compliance and regulatory related matters, monitoring, and reporting
• Keep up to date with the developments and circulars / notices issued by MAS
• AML / KYC / CDD checks, documentation, reporting for all AI investors
• Assist with drafting and liaising with MAS / regulators
• Work with finance on regulatory filings and reporting
• Annual declarations / fit and proper / ad-hoc form submissions

Skill Sets and Requirements

• Degree holder with a major in accounting or finance
• 5 years of experience in compliance or operations, preferably in a bank or financial institution
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and enjoys a startup culture
• Open-minded, curious, and willing to learn
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
