Job Description

• Work as team leader in FinTech equity and debt transactions, including but not limited to origination, execution, and assisting with distribution
• Responsible to help managing partners with end-to-end operational, financial and credit due diligence work, as well as review of legal documentation
• Actively identify potential investment banking opportunities for the group
• Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients in Asia Pacific
• Expand investor base among institutional, family office and accredited investors in Singapore
• Keep abreast of major trends in the finance industry and changes in regulations in key markets

Skill Sets and Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of investment banking or other relevant finance experience. You should be effective at closing deals.
• Degree holder in Finance/Economics/Law/Accounting
• Have a deep understanding of the FinTech and Financial Services landscape in Southeast Asia
• Familiarity with equity and debt products, including but not limited to common and preferred equity, bilateral and syndicated loans, and mezzanine debt
• Extensive knowledge of equity valuation and credit analysis.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) are required. Linguistic skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia or any other Southeast Asian language will be a positive although not required
• Self-motivation, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
