Helicap is based out of Singapore with subsidiaries licensed or registered with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS): - Helicap Investments; RFMC registered with MAS - Helicap Securities; CMS License for Dealing in Securities by MAS. We have raised over $30 million and our investors include Temasek-backed Tikehau, Phillip Capital, Credit Saison, East Ventures, as well as senior executives from Temasek, GIC, Morgan Stanley, and Blackrock.

Job Description

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deeply understand, document, analyze and synthesize product priorities, product vision, roadmap and execution strategy
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to bring the most user-centric products to our investors, borrowers and internal users
• Lead the platform functional testing and validation efforts with different stakeholders
• Lead project management, focusing on resources, timeline and stakeholder management, while following iterative agile practises (sprint planning)
• Gain and maintain a deep technical understanding of our internal processes and lead discussions about technical solutions with Engineering team
• Manage execution of projects which are both business-driven (eg a new product launch, digitization of operational workflows etc) as well as technology-driven (eg any cyber-security, technology risk management related initiatives etc)

Skill Sets and Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Product Management or related domains
• Excellent Project Management skills to steer cross-functional initiatives from conception to closure
• Excellent analytical skills to analyze product requirements and translate business problems into solutions
• An eye for details and can work iteratively with Engineering and Design teams in a very close feedback loop to ensure shipped products manifest the best possible UI/UX on both desktop and mobile ecosystems
• Ability to think holistically, set goals and prioritize projects that can really drive business results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate and excited about wanting to build an innovative financial services company
• Preferably a degree/diploma in analytical disciplines eg Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting etc
• Prior experience/knowledge in financial services, fintech would be great, but not a must
