Job Description

We are looking for a Investor Relations, Associate / Senior Associate that will be a key member of the operations team, who will support data management and deal execution. You will also be required to assist in performing AML/KYC due diligence, as well as assist in client and regulatory reporting.

Key responsibilities include

  • Preparation and presentation of marketing decks, presentation materials, DDQs, and memorandums to senior management, investors, and business partners
  • Manage the entire workflow and assist with the enhancement and user experience of Helicap’s investor portal platform
  • Work with the investment, compliance, finance, and admin team to assist on DocuSign, document management, reporting, preparation of monthly and quarterly reports, fund-related materials, and any other administrative matters.
  • Assist with KYC process and documentation and to scale and optimise on-boarding process to identify, profile, and qualify capital from Accredited Investors.
  • Assist with corporate secretarial work and compliance requirements, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Coordination between internal departments, maintenance of master documents, execution of contracts, and distribution of returns
  • Will be the main point of contact for all investor enquiries and communications
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignments requested by management

Skill Sets and Requirements

  • Degree holder, with a major in accounting or finance
  • 5-10 years of experience in fund operations, preferably in a bank or financial institution
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and enjoys a startup culture
  • Open-minded, curious, and willing to learn
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
