Helicap is based out of Singapore with subsidiaries licensed or registered with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS): - Helicap Investments; RFMC registered with MAS - Helicap Securities; CMS License for Dealing in Securities by MAS. We are excited to open our new office with you, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We have raised over $30 million and our investors include Temasek-backed Tikehau, Phillip Capital, Credit Saison, East Ventures, as well as senior executives from Temasek, GIC, Morgan Stanley, and Blackrock.

Job Description

• Manage, improve and lead the team on workflow processes
• Work closely with internal and external parties to provide solutions in a timely and accurate manner
• Spearhead project management and other initiatives
• Preparation, presentation, and marketing of investment propositions to senior management, investors and business partners
• Assist with the enhancement and user experience of Helicap’s technology and data analytics platform
• Work with operations, finance, and admin team to organize, assist and improve processes on document management and any other administrative matters
• Oversee onboarding process and documentation and to scale and optimise on-boarding process to identify, profile, and qualify capital from Accredited Investors
• Oversee corporate secretarial work and assist with compliance requirements, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Oversee the management of live deals, including coordination between internal departments, maintenance of master documents, execution of contracts, and distribution of returns
• Work with sales and Senior leadership to enhance customer experience and usability and support teams to best capitalize on team strengths and overall operating efficiencies of the group
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignments requested by management
• Provide daily people management of senior Operations members and ensure clients’ needs are met for via their team
• Identify and develop talent within the Platform Operations team
• Maintain and grow team structure, scaling the team as needed

Skill Sets and Requirements

• Degree holder, with a major in accounting or finance
• 5-10 years of experience in platform / dealing in securities operations, preferably in a bank or financial institution
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and enjoys a startup culture
• Open-minded, curious, and willing to learn
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
