Helicap is based out of Singapore with subsidiaries licensed or registered with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS): - Helicap Investments; RFMC registered with MAS - Helicap Securities; CMS License for Dealing in Securities by MAS. We have raised over $30 million and our investors include Temasek-backed Tikehau, Phillip Capital, Credit Saison, East Ventures, as well as senior executives from Temasek, GIC, Morgan Stanley, and Blackrock.

The PCS team is democratising access to select private investments opportunities with institutional-grate origination and structuring expertise. From our Singapore and Kuala Lumpur offices, we work together with successful entrepreneurs and renowned international accredited investors through syndicated structured credit facilities and/or equity fundraising exercises and are proud of our track record of over $180 million worth of transaction across 7 countries in Southeast Asia.

Duration

The internships span from Dec – May (Spring), May – Aug (Summer) or Aug – Dec (Winter) with flexibility on the starting/ending dates. This includes a potential of conversion into full time position. Candidates will be given a stipend, meal allowances as well as transport allowance when required. The internship is based in our Singapore office with hybrid work from home arrangement.

Job Description

• Assist the sourcing, evaluation, structuring and execution of structured debt and equity transactions within technology and financial industries
• Preparation of investment materials, reports, and financial analysis
• Presentation and marketing of investment proposals to senior management, investors, and business partners
• Continuous assistance in post-deal monitoring operations
• Strategic watch of the current market trends and impact on investment initiatives
• Contribute to the development of Helicap’s deal platform and internal processes
• Participate in business development initiatives within Helicap and portfolio companies including assisting with events, and other commercial activities
